Responsible

Lead aftersales and Body & Paint (B&P) operations to achieve KPIs.

Set up aftersales during the launch phase.

Ensure efficient, profitable service, parts, and B&P departments.

Develop strategies to boost throughput and retention

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Mentor the team and optimize productivity and customer service.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree - Doctor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 4 - More than 10

Knowledge and competence qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in leading aftersales operations

Knowledge in Aftersales, Car parts, Car Body a nd Paint (B&P) management

Good communicate in English

Able to onsite interview, Face to face interview with MD
