• Translate and interpret spoken and written communication among Myanmar, Chinese, and Thai languages to ensure clear understanding between laborers, clients, and management.
• Facilitate daily coordination between site workers, supervisors, and project managers to avoid misunderstandings and ensure smooth workflow.
• Support safety communication by accurately interpreting safety instructions, toolbox talks, and emergency procedures to all workers.
• Assist client meetings by providing real-time interpretation during discussions with the boss, consultants, or subcontractors.
• repare translated documents such as work instructions, notices, schedules, and reports as required by management.
• Resolve language-related issues by clarifying unclear instructions or feedback between laborers and management in a professional manner
