หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the sales team in competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Facilitate Cross-functional coordination to ensure project quality and delivery meet established standards.
• Maintain and manage long-term relationships with key partners and major industrial clients.
• Develop proactive sales strategies and pioneer the Cleanroom market in Thailand.

• Proven experience in Sales or Project Management within the HVAC or Cleanroom/Purification system industry.
• Strong familiarity with core equipment and Engineering Logic for the design and construction of dust-free workshops (Cleanrooms).
• Direct experience in contamination control, cleanroom design, or maintenance.
• Expertise in Key Account Development and high-level business negotiations, with the ability to lead contract signings independently.
• Management Skills: Experience in leading a sales team, including goal setting (KPIs), Coaching, performance monitoring, and systematic evaluation.
• Project Lifecycle Understanding: Proficient in all project stages, including Bidding, Planning, Delivery, and Acceptance.
• Result-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent market analysis and risk management skills.
• For High-Potential Candidates: Candidates without direct experience but possessing High Learning Agility (Fast Learner) and a strong passion for the engineering sector are also welcome to apply.
