หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate and manage 3D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between various disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.).
• Prepare and manage documentation, including clash reports and project updates, for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings for compliance with project standards and model accuracy.
• Manage the submission of RFIs (Requests for Information), clash detection reports, and shop drawings to the client.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of a BIM-related role.
• Demonstrated experience in clash detection, analysis, and resolution using BIM software.
• Strong skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD with competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
• Good command of the English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
