Manpower Management – Control and plan manpower in the production line and built up the good relationship between operators

Set and Control KPI of Production Section to achieve company policy

Production line planning / operator arrangement to smooth production plan

Prepare and checking that manpower, material, machine, equipment, concerned documents, work instruction, etc can support production line

Monitor and control operator to work following the work instruction and Q-point control

Check and follow up the production status to achieve target (Production Plan and Shipment)

Check and control any NG in production process and report to Manager (Separate type of NG : Material, Man, Method, Machine), improvement plan is needed if the problem is from M-Man and M-Method.

Check and control withdraw the material follow the plan (control qty and area keeping in the good condition)

Coordinate with concerned section, especially Quality Dept. and Engineer Dept. for continuous improvement production process

Control cost in production line (any kind of consumables), control and increase productivity, control loss rate in process

Get to know the training need for all operators and compile training plan and follow up the plan to achieve the target, update the skill matrix on time
