หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Lead and develop the onsite team to deliver high‑quality, on-time store technology installations.

Oversee installation and troubleshooting of Store Network, POS, CCTV, and related systems to ensure full store readiness.

Manage onsite scheduling, company vehicles, and inventory of devices and spare parts.

Maintain and improve SOPs, monitor performance, and drive operational efficiency.

Collaborate with IT, construction, operations, and vendors to support smooth store openings.

Control travel/fleet expenses and conduct quarterly OKR reviews.

Handle hardware procurement, vendor coordination, and team recruitment.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with 10 years’ IT and Onsite Support experience, including over 5 years in managerial role.

Proven experience in technical support or onsite operations, preferably in retail with up‑to‑date industry knowledge.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to store locations.

Strong problem‑solving, vendor analysis, leadership, and cross‑team collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job.
