Requirements:
• 2+ Years of relevant experience
• Proficient in English (Written and Spoken)
• Experienced in using a computer especially excel with basic formulas
• Thai National
• Aged 20+
• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree
• Experience with jewelry sales, design or manufacturing

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service, maintain and build on relationships with current customers.
• Communicate with customers in English by email, on the phone and face to face.
• Identify new customers within our target market and proactively contact them.
• Prepare and select samples to send to new and existing customer based on the products they are already selling.
• Process and create sales orders, quotations and pricing in excel.
• Coordinate with production and design departments to create new designs for customers and ensure the customers’ needs are being fulfilled.
• Attended jewelry trade shows, meet with customers, present our products and create quotations.
