• Creativity & Trends: Highly creative with a strong aesthetic sense for content quality control. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and be willing to experiment with new strategies to drive sales.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to provide clear briefs to creative and sales teams.
