หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead a team to develop, plan, and implement public relations strategies to promote the brand's image, increase awareness, and create a positive perception of the brand.
• Develop unique and effective brand strategies to enhance brand recognition and image.
• Plan and manage various activities such as product launches, press conferences, and other brand-related special events.
• Manage and oversee communication content both online and offline to align with the brand’s image.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of brand communication activities, making adjustments to strategies as necessary.
• Manage communication during crises and situations that may affect the brand's image.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create consistent brand communication.
• Evaluate and review the outcomes of brand communication strategies, including assessing customer satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and public relations activities.
• Create reports and present information on brand performance to the management team.
