หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement warehouse and logistics strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels to meet users demand while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including production, sales, finance, or related to ensure seamless operations and alignment of warehouse and logistics activities with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse and logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Inspect and control the quality of raw materials to meet the company’s standards before sending them to branches.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing a diverse team.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Dynamic 365 especially in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different departments and with external partners.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the food and beverage industry.
