Working hours : 09:00 - 18:00

Other work : - Flexible hours 07.30 a.m. - 10.00 a.m.

Responsible

• Record accounting transactions in accounting software
• Prepare and organize accounting documents (invoices, receipts, tax invoices)
• Prepare monthly tax filings: VAT (PP.30), Withholding Tax (PND.1, PND.3, PND.53), and Oversea tax return (PND.54 and PP.36)
• Reconcile bank accounts and accounting records
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate with clients to request accounting documents and information
• Assist Senior Accountants in preparing financial reports and working papers
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of work
• Maintain proper document filing (digital and physical)

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 0–2 years of experience (New graduates are welcome)
• Basic knowledge of Thai tax regulations (VAT and withholding tax)
• Familiar with accounting software or willing to learn
• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• Basic English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
• Good attitude and ability to work in a team
