หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Design / Improve and develop production processes, tools and increase efficiency of machine in production line.
• Prepare summary report of raw material usage, factory supply, production output and waste in production process and report to production manager.
• Analyze production process abnormalities not meet KPIs and prepare suggesting solutions to production manager.
• Support production process information to plant engineers to create Specification Sheet and Data Sheet.
• Prepare plan for checking important spare parts of machine and prepare spare parts for use and prepare machine maintenance plan.
• Manage the use of machine to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Monitor production processes in order to analyze machine performance and evaluate energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with relevant section to support smooth operation.
• Follow up IATF 16949/ISO 45001.
• Must have control and encourage the subordinate to follow the rules, procedure and management safety, Occupational health and the environment.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Production Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related fields
• Working experience in Die casting at least 2-3 years.
• Skills in using Toshiba High Pressure Die Casting machine will be special consideration.
• Able to read and write drawings, design production processes by using computer programs.
• Good communication, management and problem solving skills.
• Good command in English language, TOEIC score 450 up.
• Have experience or knowledge in IATF 16949/ISO 9001 will be advantage.
• Able to use Microsoft office.
• Be diligent, patient, and able to work under pressure.
