Full Job Description:

As an SEO Content Writer (Real Estate & Finance), we're not just offering a job or salary; we’re offering a transformative journey in your career. At Brickpaths You Will:

- Craft professional SEO content, including blog posts, white papers, landing pages, and more.
- Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices, is engaging, accurate, and follows project guidelines.
- Revise content as necessary to enhance SEO performance and organic ranking KPIs.
- Efficiently organize and track projects to meet deadlines.
- Understand and apply Google's E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles.
- Conduct keyword research and content improvements using marketing tools like Ahrefs, SERanking, SimilarWeb, SEMRush, Google Search Console, WordPress, and Ubersuggest.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, generate ideas for new content types, and proofread articles before publication.
- Review and analyze client sites for areas of improvement and optimization.
- Prepare detailed strategy reports.
- Identify powerful keywords to drive valuable traffic.
- Fill websites and other content with effective keywords.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
- Plan and develop SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts.
- Develop link-building strategies.
Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
- Create marketing content to catch audience attention and increase company brand awareness.
- Write, review, edit, and update content for company websites, blogs, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Line@, Tiktok), marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly media campaigns to achieve KPIs and campaign objectives within budget.
- Present insights from social monitoring tools and optimize content across websites and social media channels.
- Collaborate with account executives, marketers, and graphic designers to publish tasks through various media, including Facebook, Instagram, Line@, and Tiktok.
- Offer insights on creative briefs and schedules.
- Prioritize workload and time management.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in content creation.

What We’re Looking For:

- Deep knowledge of online marketing, including SEO and Content Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and executing successful SEO campaigns.
- Proven marketing and communications skills, with experience in print, web, and social media communications in a corporate environment.
- Comfortable analyzing large volumes of data daily.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Proficiency in SEO research and analytics tools, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Highly creative and innovative mindset.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines.
