หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee all finance functions for the organization.
• Secure financing, both equity and debt, for land multi-family development projects.
• Build and maintain complex cash flow models and quarterly/annual valuation models.
• Review proposed distributions and confirm correct application in accordance with equity capital.
• Compile quantitative analysis of budgeted, actual, and projected cash flows.
• Monitor and review the progress of business plans and capital budgets.
• Coordinate receipt and inspection of monthly financial statements.
• Coordinate receipt and inspection of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Review and monitoring of loan documents.
• Coordinating and managing loan and equity for land acquisitions and building financing.
• Conduct feasibility studies for warehouse purchases and developments.

• Institutional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective time-management.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline preferred; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of industrial developer finance / real estate finance / asset management.
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated team member.
• Strong technical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and the Analyze Program.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple dynamic projects at various stages of completion.
• Good communication skills both written and spoken in Thai and English.
