Responsible

• General Accounting: Record income and expenses, prepare withholding tax documents, and manage bank reconciliations.
• Support for Month-End Closing: Assist the team in preparing data and reconciling relevant accounts to ensure successful monthly closings.
• Taxation: Help prepare and submit various monthly tax forms (P.P.30, P.N.D. 3, 53) and gather information for annual taxes (P.N.D. 50, 51).
• Asset Management: Record and maintain the company's Fixed Asset Register.
• Documentation and Payments: Verify the accuracy of various payment documents in accordance with company policy.
• Coordination: Prepare preliminary information and coordinate with the accounting firm as assigned.
• Other Duties: Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, good communication skills, responsible, and a fast learner.
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration.
• Ability to start immediately will be highly prioritized.
