หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Source, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for assigned materials or components.
• Issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, R&D, and Logistics to ensure material availability and resolve issues.
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and propose corrective actions when required.
• Conduct cost analysis, quotation evaluation, and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, and ERP/MRP system data.
• Support new product development projects with procurement input and supplier information.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and provide preventive and corrective measures.
• Prepare regular reports on supplier performance, procurement status, and material availability.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing department.
• Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain management principles.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 supplier and quality requirements.
• Ability to perform cost analysis and quotation evaluation.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of supplier quality and automotive production requirements (PPAP, APQP).Analytical & Problem-Solving
• Ability to analyze supplier performance and identify improvement areas.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve delivery, cost, or quality issues.Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.Ability to work effectively within a team and provide support to senior staff.Behavioral Competencies
