หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Set sales targets by territory, product category, and individual sales staff.
• Analyze sales performance, cost structures, and profit margins to determine strategic direction.
• Plan new customer acquisition and existing account expansion strategies.
• Lead and manage the Sales and Sales Coordinator teams.
• Allocate sales territories and customer portfolios effectively.
• Establish individual KPIs and monitor performance regularly.
• Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance against targets.
• Identify root causes of sales decline or customer loss and implement corrective actions.
• Control pricing, discount structures, and credit terms in compliance with company policy.
• Support key account negotiations and participate in closing strategic deals.
• Resolve major customer issues and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Coach team members in negotiation skills, consultative selling, and account management.
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports for senior management.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role.
• Strong experience in B2B sales environment (FMCG, manufacturing, OEM, or hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
