หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the support and administration of Messaging and Directory services infrastructure based on MS Exchange 2013 technologies (email, address books, calendar, active directory)
• Perform routine (daily) system health check of the MS Exchange Server 2013 and create report.
• Perform troubleshooting support for any incidents related with MS Exchange Server 2013
• Create technical manual/procedure for MS Exchange Server basic operation:
o System Health Check
o Backup, Restore, Archiving
o System Startup and Shutdown
o Mailbox maintenance (create, delete, modify, etc)
o MS Outlook Web Mail service maintenance
• Provide technical support/guidance for client side problem related with connectivity to MS Exchange Server.
• ITIL defined processes such as incident, problem and change management that are established within the organization.
• Participate in project activities where requested relating to migrations, build outs and other MS Exchange related areas.
• Perform knowledge transfer to other team members.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

· Experience in managing and supporting large Exchange environments (over 5000 mailboxes).
· 3 or more years of hands-on experience in operating, administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010/2013 - with a thorough understanding of its design and architecture
· Planning, designing, and implementation experience of Microsoft Exchange infrastructure is not a must but will be a great addition.
· Strong communication (oral, listening and writing) skills in languages requested (Thailand and English. Japanese will be a great plus.)
· Strong team player with good time management skills
· Detail person with strong analytical ability (especially when identifying/solving problems)
· Good documentation skills.
· Work place : ALL season place, CRC building, (BTS Ploenchit/MRT Suanlumpini)
Work Hours : Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30 or follow customer schedule
