• Implement new/upgrade existing storage management products environment
• Maintain and support storage management products for technical defect, security patches, security hardening
• Advise and conduct knowledge and practice transfer to related IT administrator and system operation group
• Ongoing support for future enhancement and customization request for specific purpose
• Ensure availability of system management product and its functionality

• At least 7 years' experience in implement, upgrade and support for 2 or more of the following or equivalent 3rd party products
o IBM Tivoli Storage Manager
o Symantec NetBackup
o IBM Storages (DS, TS, XIV, NSeries family)
• Broad knowledge of backup and storage management
• Mandatory skills -
o Implementer discipline (such as documentation, backup, test result, etc)
o Support discipline (such as incident & change practice)
o Technical expertise for mentioned or equivalent product
• Good Time and priority management, communication, negotiation
• Familiarity with IT Service Management
• Good team player, Service oriented and Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Self-starter, good interpersonal, communication, documentation and presentation skills
• Good analytical and project management skills and work well with deadline
• Good communication in both Thai and English
