หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Issue and Billing Sales Invoice to local customer and Overseas customer
• Collecting cheque and payment from customers
• Preparing Receive Voucher
• Pretty Cash Payment
• Prepare sales and purchase tax report
• Fixed Asset Control
• Post Goods Issue Slip in ERP Systems
• Monthly Physical Stock checking with service staffs
• Issuing Stock Item from ERP system after receiving Goods Issue Slip from store keepers
• Reconcile G/Inventory, withholding tax receivable and account receivable
•Monthly Prepare AR aging report & Inventory report for management
• Weekly Updates machines and service turnover to to all PIC
• Follow up the withholding tax certificate from customer and cross check it with G/L account.
• Arranging schedule of messenger for billing, invoicing, signing invoice, collecting payment, or other tasks related to messenger.
• Tax Report and other monthly report
• Arrange full process of easy pass for staffs
• Others as assigned

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Education : Bachelor Degree in account or related field
- Male or Female, Age 24 - 35 Years old.
- Minimum of two(2) year of experience in Account Experiences
- both local and international country , Tax auditing experience will be more advantages
- Knowledge of Excel, word processing software, and ERP computerize accounting systems.
- Spoken English is compulsory
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- General knowledge of inventory control and procedures.
- Good Command of communication skills and an ability to deal with people
- as clients/customers who have concerns that must be addressed quickly.
- Self Confidence, Able to work under pressure , deadline task and multiple tasks at hand
- Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory for this position.
