หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Coordinate and communicate with end users, management, internal resources and third parties/vendors on project issue and status for the flawless execution of projects. • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget. • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives and to make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
