หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Lead the review and drafting of commercial contracts, including bids, tenders, and other legal documents, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance-related matters arising from day-to-day business operations, including disputes, non-compliance, data protection, and claims.

Assist in contract negotiations with internal teams, partners, and suppliers.

Conduct legal research and monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.

Implement and manage compliance policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with applicable laws and group standards.

Develop and deliver legal and compliance training to internal stakeholders to raise awareness and ensure proper implementation.

Create and maintain legal templates and documentation systems, including contracts and regulatory references.

Support investigations and remediation of non-compliance cases, including tracking and implementing corrective actions.

Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex legal matters when necessary.

Participate in regional legal and compliance meetings and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Any Gender, Age 35-45 Years old

Bachelor of Laws

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in handling commercial contracts or working as an in-house legal counsel

Bilingual in Thai and English

Must have critical thinking ability to evaluate fact situation, identify legal issues, analyze, understand and apply laws and regulation.

Able to work independently and willingness to self-learn and upskill.

Good communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders of all levels, including stakeholders from the region.
