หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Recruitment: Contact recruitment agencies to post job openings, schedule interviews, notify candidates of results, prepare for candidate examinations, and participate in job fairs (if applicable).

HRM (Human Resource Management): Manage and verify employee benefits, and develop and update welfare policies to be modern and aligned with employee needs.

Data Management & Analysis: Manage, analyze, and review HR data, such as recording employee absences/leave, calculating and summarizing monthly overtime, and managing employee data to support strategic decision-making.

Training & Development: Support the planning and management of employee training and skill development programs.

Employee Engagement: Organize company activities, conduct employee satisfaction surveys, and analyze results for improvement.

Employee Retention: Support the planning and implementation of employee retention projects.

Internal Communication: Support interdepartmental communication, such as announcing HR news or answering questions about employee policies.

HRIS & Technology: Participate in the development and use of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or new technologies to help simplify HR tasks.

Japanese/English Interpretation & Translation: Interpret and translate a portion of internal HR-related documents (Japanese/English).

General Affairs: Cooperate in ISO9001 and other company activities and events.
