1.Strategic Leadership: ○ Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the group’s overall business objectives. ○ Oversee the IT governance framework to ensure effective decision-making and risk management. ○ Lead the digital transformation initiatives across the hospital group to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
2.Technology Management: ○ Ensure the integration and standardization of health information systems across all hospitals. ○ Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of clinical and non-clinical software applications. ○Manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
3.Data Security & Compliance: ○ Develop and enforce data security policies and procedures to protect patient information. ○ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, JCI, PACS, LIS) and manage audits related to IT systems. ○ Implement and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
4.Team Leadership & Development: ○ Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. ○ Develop training programs to ensure staff are proficient with current technologies and methodologies(Learning Management SystemNursing Management System, etc.). ○ Manage the performance and development of IT staff across the hospital group.
5.Budget & Vendor Management: ○ Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments. ○ Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of quality services. ○ Monitor the ROI of technology investments and make recommendations for improvements.
6.Stakeholder Management: ○ Collaborate with hospital executives and department heads to understand and address their technology needs. ○ Communicate IT strategies and initiatives to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders. ○ Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters within the hospital group. ○Acknowledge to plan for next generation of HIS/EMR that would address common and specific requirements of each hospital

●Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
●Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry.
●Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
●Strong knowledge of health information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), insurance management system, CRM and regulatory compliance requirements.
●Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
●Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
●Experience in managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and team development.
