Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaign including Offline and online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, display ads).
Oversee the company’s social media platforms to drive engagement and increase followers.
Oversee email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, display advertising and social media marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
Optimize website content and user experience to increase conversions and traffic.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to create high-quality content for various online channels.
Lead market research efforts to better understand customer preferences and market dynamics.
Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., Retail KA customer, ad agencies, influencers, content creators).
Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer insights, technologies trend and competitor activities and creating strategy decisions for best practices.
Organize promotional events and participate in trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related fields
Proven experience as an Marketing Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools and techniques(Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO tools, etc.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising and content marking.
Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with HTML,CSS and website content management systems(CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai and English).
