Develop and maintain strategic, long-term trusting relationships with high-volume or potential major clients to accomplish organic growth.

Develop and establish confidence in the organization's ability to respond appropriately to the needs of key Account customers and their business growth.

Strategize the plan to establish a sustainable relationship with Key Account customers to foster trust and strong, positive connections.

Analyze customers data to identify their user behaviors, and whether they are potentially repeating customers. Evaluate their usages and persona.

Coordinate with the internal team to help identify potential business opportunities and strategies

Expand CRM and Key account database for business development

Prepare an analysis report as assigned.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor's degree in related field

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in key account management or relevant roles in related industries, such as logistics, international logistics, exporting, and E-Commerce

Excellent communication, negotiations, and influencing skills.

Proven ability to handle multiple account management at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Experience in using a CRM tool will be a big plus

Willingness to learn product and service knowledge

Customer Centric personality with an excellent service mind

Computer MS office applications

Great communication skills in both Thai and English

Able to work under pressure
