Validate hardware I/O (UART/I2C/SPI/USB); read schematics; test with DMM/logic analyzer/scope.

Reproduce issues; create minimal test cases and clear reproduction steps.

Execute firmware/OS updates (e.g., STM32 via J-Link/SWD; Debian/Ubuntu/Armbian); verify OTA; perform rollbacks.

Document solutions; publish KB/FAQs/How-tos with screenshots and commands.

File high-quality bug reports; partner with R\&D/QA to verify fixes.

Lead or contribute to 5-Why/8D root-cause analysis and incident reports.

Support deployments and SAT; deliver remote/onsite training when needed.

Manage RMA cases; isolate faults and coordinate suppliers until closure.

Build small Bash/Python tools to automate diagnostics and health checks.

Configure basic monitoring/alerts (PM2/Node-RED/Grafana/Sentry).

Maintain ticket hygiene; provide timely updates, escalations, and post-mortems.

Capture customer feedback and feature requests to inform the roadmap. 17. Participate in on-call rotation; respond within agreed timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or Related

Strong communication with customers and internal teams (Thai & technical English).

Fast learner; adaptable and proactive with an ownership mindset—able to infer next steps from customer inputs/logs and drive issues to resolution.

Fundamentals in networking and cellular modems (Wi-Fi/LTE/5G, APN, PPP/PPPoS).

Understanding of basic electronic interfaces (UART/I²C/SPI/USB) and basic firmware flashing.

Willing to travel to customer sites; valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain (company-sponsored if needed).

Proficient with Linux CLI (log analysis, service control, networking tools: ip, nmcli, mmcli). (Preferred)

Experience with Industrial PCs / RK3588 platforms; Armbian/Ubuntu/Debian; and field IoT deployments. (Preferred)

Hands-on with J-Link, logic analyzer, oscilloscope; serial tools (minicom/screen). (Preferred)

Scripting in Bash/Python; able to read C code to understand program flow. (Preferred)

Familiarity with OTA, PM2, Node-RED, Docker, GitHub; and quality documents (SLA, SOP, Work Instruction). (Preferred)
