In this posit1. Operations & Service Excellence Oversee daily spa operations across all locations in 4 countries Ensure consistent implementation of Thai spa brand standards, SOPs, and service rituals Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and complaint resolution Drive continuous improvement in treatments, service flow, and guest experienceion you will assist the Director of Spa and Recretion in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Spa. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that our guest are fully satisfied with their spa experience, and that all spa team members enjoy a good working environment. Additionally you will oversee the accounting processes, inventory, retail, and special promotions, as well as respond to guest feedback.
2. Team Leadership & People Management Recruit, train, and develop spa managers, therapists, and front-of-house teams Ensure therapists are trained and certified according to Thai spa techniques and brand protocols Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning Promote a service-driven, culturally respectful, and professional work environment
3. Financial & Commercial Management Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L for each spa location Control costs (payroll, consumables, utilities) while maintaining service quality Maximize revenue through treatment mix optimization, retail sales, packages, and memberships Analyze performance reports and implement corrective actions
4. Brand & Guest Experience Act as brand guardian of Thai spa identity across all markets Ensure treatment authenticity, therapist presentation, and ambience align with brand DNA Adapt services thoughtfully to local cultural and regulatory requirements without diluting the brand Collaborate with marketing on promotions, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns
5. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and spa licensing in each country Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all locations Handle audits, inspections, and operational risk management
6. Expansion & Strategic Projects Support new spa openings, renovations, and relocations Participate in concept development for new markets Liaise with landlords, hotel partners, and joint-venture partners where applicable
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 7–10 years experience in spa or wellness operations At least 3–5 years in a managerial or regional role
Strong experience with Thai spa or Asian wellness concepts preferred
Proven track record managing multi-location or international operations Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent financial acumen and operational discipline
Deep understanding of spa treatments, therapist training, and guest journey Cross-cultural communication and adaptability Fluent in English; Thai language highly preferred (additional languages a plus) Willingness to travel frequently
