1. Collaborating with Suppliers (Work with Buyer) 1.1 For selecting categories and collections 1.2 For negotiation price and comparison market price 1.3 For control budgeting and balance stock 2. Managing and Training employees (Work with Manager Shop) 2.1 Supervise and advise subordinates on merchandiser skills 2.2 Monitor and Evaluate Subordinate 3. Planning the Store layout (Work with VM) 3.1 Product Display, Store Layout, Space planning & Shelf allocation to drive business performance (Sales/Gross Profit) 3.2 Monitor overall shelf organizing, presenting, and visual merchandising aligning with store image to create alignment in presenting products and attract target group 3.3 Return on space and store profitability to deliver in-store customer’s experiences 4. Ensuring a full inventory of products (Work with BI & Manager Shop) 4.1 Planning & Managing on Product & Category 4.2 Track inventory levels by store 4.3 Report any issues or shortages to management 4.4 Monitoring Product’s aging and allocation and remove plan 5. Researching Customer’s Behavior & Marketing trends (Work with Manager Shop) 5.1 Planning & Managing on Product & Category 5.2 Lead team to implement Merchandising strategies, category management and Customer strategies based on consumer behavior, buying pattern and business priorities 5.3 Analyze and get insights from internal sales data and market data to review and Improve overall assortment planning. 5.4 Develop and Setup Merchandising Strategies and Principal 5.5 Knowledgeable about lifestyle and fashion trends, sneakerhead and popular culture, including music and general sports 5.6 Develop and execute of all marketing campaigns/activations/PR including planning, programming and coordination 5.7 Develop marketing planning and programs for across all consumer touch points – Both ALT, BTL and digital 6. Analyzing sale (Work with BI & Manager Shop) 6.1 Setting Sale’s target by store and overall 6.2 Setting budget for purchasing overall base of sale out 6.3 Creating and Organizing Promotion in store 6.4 Filling & Revising inventory levels by store and overall 6.5 Sale Reports Analysis and Implementation plan 6.6 Coordinate with related functions to ensure effective operations
