หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Analysis skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholder into functional/technical requirement

Develops detailed documentation and specifications.

Assist Functional Lead to analyze user’s requirements from business and technology perspectives and translate them into application functionalities including user interface, workflow, business process management and reports.

Proactive team player with demonstrated problem solving and analytical reasoning abilities. Develop test plan and test scripts and manage / follow up user for testing.

Provides follow-up with user after project deliverable has been completed to ensure user satisfaction.

Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies for assurance system through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities.

Working on multiple projects at one time; communicating findings to technical and nontechnical colleagues.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Min. 5 to 8 years of related experience in Business analysis, Consulting on Life Assurance system and have skills in PM role.

elf-Development, Communication, Interpersonal and Problem-solving skills. Strong logical skill and analytical skill.

Adoptability to different environments and quick learning capabilities. Teamwork, Flexible, Punctual and Interest to Learn New Things.

Knowledge of AS400 environment.

Good command of spoken and written English (important).
