หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Define and plan the development approach for projects, considering existing RPA programs and future development opportunities.

Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle, including detailed RPA solution process flows, process, and technical specifications.

Design and develop Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles, conventions, and development best practices.

Apply agile practices and principles to maximize business value and continuously improve the delivery of the right customer outcomes.

Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the RPA manager accordingly.

Support the RPA Manager in creating and refining a tailored framework that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes within the company

Manage the virtual workforce, maintaining deployed robotics capabilities, business volume scaling, load balancing, and allocation of software robots to meet agreed SLAs with business units.

Lead the investigation and detailed analysis of RPA incidents and process exceptions, including a strategic approach to root cause analysis.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Minimum 4-5 years in RPA programming.

Ability to work under complex conditions and time constraints.

Experience developing and implementing automated Blue Prism processes as an accredited Blue Prism developer or suitable wider development experience.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Candidate must have Blue Prism Developer certificate.
