1. IT Service Overview: o Conduct a comprehensive overview of IT services within the organization, including infrastructure, applications, and support functions. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current IT systems and services. 2. Company IT/DX Consultation: o Serve as a key consultant for Company IT/DX projects, providing insights on IT service requirements and aligning them with organizational goals. o Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with broader DX initiatives. 3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: o Monitor the performance of IT services and systems. o Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators, issues, and recommendations for improvement. 4. User Training and Support: o Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT services and best practices. o Provide ongoing support to resolve IT-related queries and issues. 5. Process Improvement: o Identify opportunities for process improvement within IT services. o Propose and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. 6. Security and Compliance: o Collaborate with security teams to ensure the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures. o Ensure IT services comply with data protection and privacy regulations. 7. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: o Maintain detailed documentation of IT service configurations, processes, and systems. o Share knowledge with relevant stakeholders to enhance understanding of IT services.

 Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and software solutions.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.  Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, and provide timely resolutions to ensure that systems and applications are running smoothly.  Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and frameworks, and make recommendations on how to incorporate them into the organization's development practices.  Work closely with IT project leaders and other team members to ensure that web- based software solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

 Responsible for analyzing existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.  Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions.  Ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.  Work with business stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.  Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the feasibility and ROI of proposed technology solutions.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.  Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on how to leverage technology to improve business outcomes.

1. Technical solution in EDS(Link) and Cloud/Cyber Security. 2. Coordinate with Sales/BC team to deliver solution and implementation to customer. 3. To supervise End to End service delivery including Implementation and UAT to meet customer’s satisfaction by coordinating with back office team. 4. To be Single Point of Technical Engineer.

● Responsible for target clients and access new accounts by serving high quality of product and service. ● Prepare, plan, and represent IT products / projects to existing / new clients. ● Achieve annual sales & profit targets and deliver customer satisfaction. ● Coordinate with partners, suppliers, including internal stakeholders. ● Take charge of generating reports, proposal documents, and any related selling report as required.
