Procurement Management: Oversee the purchase of goods and services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes. Vendor Management: Recruit and select new vendors, negotiate terms, compare prices to maximize organizational benefits, and manage the Vendor List system to ensure quality and reliability. Contract Management: Define purchase terms and conditions, focusing on payment and delivery timelines to meet company standards. Delivery Oversight: Monitor and verify delivery schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks across departments. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement new procedures to enhance departmental and organizational efficiency. Administrative Support: Coordinate procurement documents, manage storage, issue administrative documents, and follow up on outstanding tasks. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management of office supplies and IT hardware to ensure availability and efficient use of resources.

1.ปฏิบัติงานประจำจุดบริการเพื่อออกบริการยกขนส่งรถยนต์ลูกค้าไปยังศูนย์บริการต่าง ๆ 2.บำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ/อุปกรณ์ ประจำรถยก เพื่อการให้บริการที่ดี 3.จัดทำรายงานบริการประจำวัน 4.จัดทำรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายประจำวัน 5.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน
