To assist with the Managers. Responsible for daily maintenance of the building. Regular maintenance checks to ensure building facilities are clean and safe. Check tools and equipments reqularly. Coordinate with maintenance supplier swimming pool, elevator. Coordinates with other staff where necessary. Available to work a flexible schedule. Perform other office duties as assigned.

Female or male A Good communication skill in English both written and spoken is required. Speaking a third language would be an advantage. A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related fields is required. Experience in Hotel / Travel industry experience would be an advantage. A good service mind is the key to succeed in our property and make our valued guests satisfied. Handling hotel bookings by phone and in person. Handling email, letter, fax and face-to-face communication. Completing procedures for daily check-in and check-out. Preparing bills and taking payments. Handling special requests (restaurant reservations, tours, birthday cakes.) Handling guest complaints and providing favorable solution for the guest.

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, beverages, teas, and other drinks. Preparing simple cafe food & beverage items like sandwiches, salads, and pastries and etc. Taking order. Greeting customers, providing friendly and efficient customer service. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Maintain cafe stock. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Assisting with opening and closing cafe procedures.
