Location : Bangkok(Yan Nawa)

Responsible

  • Contact with clients (prospect) inquiring about recruitment terms and condition
  • Issue service quotation, cost breakdown, and agreement for permanent, temporary staffing, mass recruitment, on-site service recruitment to client and negotiation including proposals
  • Opening vacancies on different channels online and offline
  • Prescreen Candidate and schedule interview until hired
  • Join recruitment activity such as job fair, job expo, campus tour
  • Support Payroll by collecting time attendance control sheet, basic calculation daily rate and OT
  • Support Visa and Work Permit for expatriate or foreign worker in coordination and gathering their personal files
  • Giving consultation to APAC clients for basic labor law and general compliance according to local hiring in Thailand
  • Draft agendas for Company's BOD and AGM including drafting, writing, and minutes meeting from TH to EN
  • Support in processing registration as vendor or supplier on client's portal such as Coupa, and SAP Ariba
  • Any ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned from Recruitment Manager and General Manager

  • Bachelor or higher degree in any field
  • At least 1-3 years experiences as a recruitment consultant, administration experience or related field
  • Experience from recruitment agencies will be the first priority consideration
  • Good command of English possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive thinking, can-do attitude, self-driven, result-oriented, and good team player
