Responsible

Able to work mainly in Bangkok and sometimes upcountry area to support sales team and customer request

Able to go abroad to participate in product training, such as, in USA and Korea.

Able to organize the product presentation directly to hospitals and university

Maintains, repairs, and performs calibration on Dental Laser and Medical Equipment.

Provide training and demonstrate products to clients and sales team.

Performs preventative maintenance and after sales service on all equipment

Collaborate between suppliers (in English) and customers in Thailand to find out the solutions and repair services including to order the parts to replace for all laser and equipment.

Contacts manufacturing representative for repair instructions and on-site assistance to clients.

Qualification

Gender : Male

Age(Yr) : 25 - 35

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 5 - 10

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics technology, computer electronics, or medical product engineering.

Master degree in Engineering or MBA

Good command of written and spoken English. Must communicate with manufacturing representatives and engineers in English for repair instruction and after-sales service.

3+ above year experience as a Service Engineer, especially in Laser or Electronic equipment.

Willing to travel both to Bangkok and the Upcountry area as requested by sales team and clients.

Flexible schedule with ability to work on weekend and upcountry

Proficient in Computer Knowledge and Program installations

Must organize the product presentation to clients so presentation skills are the must and should have very good skills in Power Point and Microsoft office.

Have a car and good driving skills with a license.
