Responsible

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote golf course properties and upscale residential communities. Design campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals, investors, and lifestyle buyers. Oversee digital and offline advertising, including print, social media, email, SEO, and PPC.

Lead Generation & Sales Support Implement lead generation strategies and nurture potential buyer interest. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing materials and messaging with sales goals. Manage CRM tools and track leads from initial interest through purchase.

Brand Development Build and manage the brand identity for new and existing golf course developments. Create compelling narratives around the lifestyle, amenities, and prestige of the properties. Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints – brochures, websites, signage, and presentations.

Market Research & Analysis Analyze target market trends, buyer behaviors, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.

Content & Creative Direction Oversee creation of high-quality content including property photography, video tours, virtual walkthroughs, and editorial content. Work with graphic designers, photographers, and agencies to produce promotional materials.

Event Marketing Plan and manage open houses, launch events, golf tournaments, and other promotional events to attract potential buyers and investors.

Budget & Vendor Management Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and other vendors as needed.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in real estate, property development, luxury lifestyle, or hospitality marketing.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, CRM platforms, etc.).

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Knowledge or passion for golf, luxury real estate, and resort-style living is a plus.

Experience marketing master-planned communities or high-end residential developments.

Familiarity with real estate sales processes and buyer journeys.

Graphic design or video editing capabilities are a bonus.
