  • Review and analyze user requests to identify opportunities for integrating AI/Machine Learning to optimize non-life insurance processes.
  • Create BRDs, functional specifications, and workflows, leveraging AI tools to enhance speed and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure technical designs and data requirements align with AI-driven business needs.
  • Lead UAT and validate system outputs—including AI model accuracy—to ensure they meet business logic and compliance.
  • Manage assigned tasks to ensure deliverables meet objectives, scope, and agreed timelines.

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Project Management (Agile/Scrum).
  • Critical thinking, logical problem-solving, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and tech.
