หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage and adjust groups and add new APs on Cisco Prime
• • Add access points for the service hall and back offices to the Cisco Prime map
• • Managing MAC Addresses on Cisco Prime Controller (Add/Block/Delete)
• • Set up network monitoring system
• • Troubleshoot and reset APs as needed
• • Integrate replacement APs for seamless operation
• • Call or remote to end user to resolve shop network issues
• • Configuration network devices for replacement in case of equipment failure.
• • Collaboration with various IT teams (Front end, Back end) to escalate issues
• • Assign devices in the head office / call centers / shops to the appropriate VLAN
• • Ensure consistent VLAN configuration across the network
• • Configure new switches
• • Provide standard configuration for the new AP (Access Point) and ensure consistent configuration across all APs
• • Disable and enable network ports as require
• • Maintain a consistent network topology
• • Prepare network equipment for new office or branding shops in future
• • Standby and testing for preventive maintenance network configuration, software and hardware upgrading

• • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in- Extensive knowledge of network (CISCO, HPE)
• • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
• • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• • Service-mind and interpersonal skill is a must
