หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Responsible for ocean freight and air freight export shipments
- Contact liner, airline, local agents both Air & Sea to get export booking.
- Create and send Export Booking to customer.
- Utilize routing information to create freight booking, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency for the loads
- Handle day to day sea and air freight export operations in systems.
- Coordinate with customer (Exporter), shipping lines, airline, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas agents as well as internal departments
- Tracking, tracing and updating the status of export shipment until arrival.
- Ensure smooth export operations / documentations
- Expedite payment to carriers, and airline for pick up B/L or Airwaybill.
- Identify, measure, and maintain key performance indicators
- Create summary reports and send to Management
- Issuing financial billing process, freight invoice, credit note, debit note and cost control.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Male/Female, Thai nationality, Age 25-35 years old
- At least Bachelor in Logistics, International Business Management, Business Administration or any related field
- Having knowledge of international freight forwarding inbound and outbound documentation and INCOTERM
both by ocean import or air import
- Good command in English
- Have ability in Japanese Language will be advantage
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience freight forwarding company (Sea/Air Export)
- Fast communication and feedback to customer, liner and overseas agent.
- Organized and hands-on person with great attention to details
- Knowledge of MS Office, Service mind, Strong interpersonal skill and capable to interact with people and all levels
- Be able to work under pressure
- Export Customs Clearance and Export permit Expertise will be an advantage
