• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet customer demand and deadlines
• Monitor inventory levels and manage material requirements to ensure timely production
• Collaborate with various departments (engineering, quality control, logistics) to address production issues
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications
• Analyze production data and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, and downtime
• Troubleshoot production problems and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays
• Maintain production schedules and adjust plans based on unforeseen circumstances or changes in demand
