หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team to ensure product quality meets customer and internal standards
• Handle customer complaints, conduct quality-related meetings, and communicate relevant information internally
• Supervise Thai staff in resolving supplier-related quality issues
• Oversee quality control throughout internal production processes
• Attend quality meetings and monitor progress with mold makers and customers during new mold setups
• Understand product drawings for new models and instruct Thai staff on performing accurate full layout measurements
• Guide Thai subordinates in preparing PPAP and other related documents for new product launches, and be directly involved in the process
• Coordinate with customers to prepare master samples and limit samples, and instruct Thai staff accordingly
• Create, revise, manage, and store internal quality documents such as procedures, inspection sheets, and checklists
• Act as QMR (Quality Management Representative) during customer audits, ISO/IATF audits, and internal audits
• Perform other related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Age 35-50
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in injection molding factories
• Experience working in an IATF16949 certified factory
• Proficient in using measurement equipment and related tools
• Good command of written and spoken English.
