หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Make sure warehouse operations run smoothly and safely.
• Plan and manage storage of goods in the warehouse.
• Set up safety measures and procedures in case of accidents.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to follow company rules.
• Check and record all incoming and outgoing goods accurately.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to prepare accurate export declaration documents.
• Communicate with the Customs Department during inspections and ensure full compliance with customs regulations.
• Support sales team by providing necessary data and documents./ Learn about products related to the sales department.
• Manage warehouse storage services for client consignments.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Language Level : English Or Japanese (Conversational level or higher)
• At least 3 years of experience in import-export, Bonded Warehouse
• Computer skill : Outlook , MS word , MS Excel, Rubix (If any)
