หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Financial Oversight & Reporting : ‐ Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger for accurate and timely financial processing. ‐ Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing strategic, data-driven insights.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning : ‐ Lead rolling forecasts and annual budgeting cycles, including variance analysis and risk assessments. ‐ Align financial plans with local business strategies and group performance targets, partnering with sales and operations to track key KPIs.
• ERP & Systems Management : ‐ Oversee financial modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERPs) to ensure system efficiency. ‐ Drive continuous improvement for system integration, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Compliance, Tax & Statutory Reporting : ‐ Ensure strict adherence to Thai accounting standards, tax regulations (e.g., PND.50, PND.51), and statutory submissions (e.g., BOJ.5, DBD). ‐ Maintain robust internal controls, manage all audit processes, and act as a key liaison with external parties. ‐ Manage financial operations for two distinct legal entities (holding and trading).
• Leadership & Team Development : ‐ Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering accuracy, collaboration, and professional growth. ‐ Promote best practices and strong internal governance, effectively communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Any Gender, Age 40-47 Years old
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance managerial role; international or matrix organization experience is highly valued.
• Must hold CPD registration in Thailand; CPA Thailand preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai GAAP, IFRS, and local tax law.
• Strong command of ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Excellent spoken and written English, IELTS level 6 / TOFEL level 80 / TOEIC level 660.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ideally to have experience working in ISO9001 environment or ISO9001 preparation for Finance.
