หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Plan and Implement all marketing strategies, including end-to-end process for NPD launches, campaigns, promotions, and other supporting activities across all channels (offline & online).
2. Build up a new customer base and new overseas business opportunities.
3. Initiating key account management and sales strategies to maintain and increase sales volume in the international markets.
4. Being responsible for sales targets.
5. Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with major clients and merchandisers.
6. Driving and maintaining brand awareness and send marketing messages to the target group in order to the growth of market share. (Including, selling the products or events)
7. Ensuring that the client orders and product specifications are correct and delivered on time.
8. Working closely with international merchandising teams effectively.
9. Planning and execution of all marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions.
10. Overseeing and dealing with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve their problems.
11. Managing, responding to and supporting customers’ requirements in order to ensure that products and services meet their highest satisfaction.

Office Hours: Mon. to Fri. 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Marketing, International Business or related fields.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing field.
- Background in Frozen food / Retail products experience is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task, excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Excellent problem solving, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge on retail marketing, digital marketing, and social media campaign.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Social media and E-Commerce business.
