หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Lead and manage the system development team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with other department managers, stakeholders, and external partners to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Develop and implement system development strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design through testing, deployment, and support.
- Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and align with the organization’s architectural standards.
- Manage system development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and development methodologies, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of system development processes and practices.
- Develop and manage the system development budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Provide regular reports on system development progress and performance to senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-A minimum of 10 years of experience in system development with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on .NET framework.
- Expertise in Visual Basic, VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Extensive experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks/libraries like Angular or React).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Proficient in code versioning tools such as GIT.

*Prior life insurance system development experience is a plus.*
