หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts tailored to the core insurance system.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the new insurance platform.
Identify, document, and manage software defects using a bug-tracking system.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand and validate system requirements.
Participate in requirement reviews and design sessions to provide QA insights and recommendations.
Conduct data validation and verification processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Validate policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, and other core insurance functionalities.
Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the quality of the insurance platform.
Generate and present detailed reports on testing outcomes, defect metrics, and overall system quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in software testing, and advancements in insurance technology.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in Software development role.
Minimum of 2 years in Technical lead role.
Strong knowledge of creating the test script and software testing, reviewing and feedback the result on business functions and system functions depend on Life Assurance.
Strong understanding of insurance processes, including policy administration, claims management, and underwriting.
Proficiency with testing tools and bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, QTP).
Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
