หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Manages all work activities in Centralize Kitchen.
- Prepare daily, weekly production process.
- Manage and control raw material (RM), inventory (FG), packing material accurately
- Quality control from production to achieve the KPI targets and policies of the company
- Planning manpower control
- Responsible centralize kitchen department to manage 15 subordinates and controlled all efficiency.
- Coordinate with various related department
- Maintain GMP and HACCP
