หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • 1. รักงาน และ ชำนาญ ด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ / งานซ่อม (Electronics Support) 2. จัดการงานเอกสารและระบบปฏิบัติการ 3. ตรวจสอบ จากฝ่ายขายทุกคำขอ เช่น ใบขอจัดส่ง / งานติดตั้ง / งานซ่อม 4.เชื่อมระบบข้อมูลระหว่างฝ่ายขาย–คลัง–ขนส่ง 5. ตรวจสอบสินค้าในคลัง (Availability & Reserved) ก่อนออกงานจริง 6. อัปเดตการโอนสินค้าระหว่างสาขา (Transfer) และรายงานยอดสต็อกประจำวัน 7. เป็นตัวแทน จัดส่ง และ รับเรื่องงานซ่อมสินค้ากลุ่ม Arcade, Vdarts, Pinball, Jukebox, Air Hockey 8. ประเมินเบื้องต้น (Basic Troubleshooting) และจัดหมวดงานซ่อมให้ทีมช่างอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 9. เก็บข้อมูลการซ่อม / รูปภาพ / รายงาน defect เพื่อใช้ประกอบการ QC และสถิติ 10. จัดเก็บไฟล์ใน Google Drive ตามหมวด เช่น Delivery, Repair, Warranty, Stock 11 อัปเดตตารางการจัดส่ง / การซ่อม / Spare Parts ในระบบ(Bitrix24) 12 ตรวจสอบให้ข้อมูลในแต่ละระบบสอดคล้องกัน (VEND ↔ Bitrix24 ↔ Xero) 13 สนับสนุนการบริหารรายงานขายและข้อมูล 14. ช่วยประสานและจัดการข้อมูลเมื่อต้องเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับงานแสดงสินค้า (ASA Expo, TBE, Teqba
