RF Engineer Senior (DTA)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RF Parameter Optimization,Plannar Database (1) Optimize according to DT analysis and KPI requirement until achieve target KPI according to project requirement. (2) Assign engineer to regular update the Plannar Database as per Project and customer's requirements. Trouble Shooting and Complaint handling (1) Perform DT or CQT test in particular area to investigate network problems e.g. customers complaint, problematic areas or worst cells (2) Analysis and propose CR to solve problem and complaint until project acceptance. Antenna adjustment have to be consider if needed. Antenna System Adjustment and Effect Confirmation (1) Prepare rigger and necessary tools to adjust antenna such as azimuth, down tilt to improve KPI or solve complaint During RF optimization period and until Cluster KPI acceptance Verification DT will be conducted after antenna adjust Drive Test for Cross Cluster and Cross systems (Inter-working) (1)Perform drive test for cross Cluster or cross systems (in case of possible mutual impact related to RF optimisation activites) and carry out post analysis to make sure have no any KPI issues in that area. Optimization Acceptance Test (1) Perform Cluster/RNC/BSC preliminary acceptance test according to KPI requirement from project until pass all DT KPIs.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least bachelor degree in Telecommunications or related fields - At least 2+ years of experience in RF role - Prior experience working with Ericsson EMS OSS & ENIQ, performance management, and parameter configuration especially in TDD and FDD parameters & features - Knowledge in RF Optimization Layer 3 analysis experience using tools like ACTIX, Huawei DNA, TEMS Discovery. Able to troubleshoot End-to-End Customer complaints - Deep experience in network performance and troubleshooting. Network performance problem detection and solution methods, e.g., throughput issues, connection drops, blocks, creating reports with complete solution - Moderate command of spoken/written English and have presentation skills - Good work ethics and attention to detail - 5G experience is a plus (not mandatory)
